We provide a bespoke funding service specifically tailored to each client and transaction which includes:

• assessing each proposal at the outset with the client including a specific cashflow model
• negotiating lending terms with the appropriate lender
• liaising with the lenders, valuers and legal teams to ensure the viability of each proposal prior to any client expenditure
• on going negotiation with the lender prior and post credit approval
• continued communication with the lender and professional teams during the due diligence process through to completion and drawdown of the loan

Our aim is to build long-term working relationships with our clients and lenders. Experience gained throughout various property and economic cycles over the years enables us to be flexible to individual client requirements. It should be noted that our fees are strictly payable on a success only basis.
